Pretty grateful to Allah s.w.t for coming to work today despite telling myself a thousand times the day before that I don't want to. Keep psyching myself that I am sick (was having slight cough and flu) and that I can afford to be lazy and irresponsible for a day. But somethings just don't feel right - when you shirk your responsibilities even though you can afford to go work or burdening your colleagues when you're just being selfish resting at home. Not as bad as Monday. Not as sick as before. So still going strong, hopefully.
Umar Bin Khattaab r.a heard the Messenger of Allah, s.a.w saying,
"If you trust Allah with right kind of Tawakkul (ie: complete Trust), He will provide you sustenance as He provides for the birds –they go out in the morning with empty stomachs and come back in the evening with full stomachs.”
